A booking is considered confirmed strictly after:

- The mandatory advance/booking deposit amount has been paid successfully;
- Akash Ganga Travels has issued an official written confirmation or invoice; and
- The customer has verified and accepted all quoted details.
Initial quotations, rate inquiries, or preliminary travel estimates do not constitute a confirmed reservation.
3. Package Prices & Fluctuations
Tour package pricing is subject to change based on factors including:
- Travel dates and peak/off-season schedules
- Hotel room rates and real-time inventory availability
- Transportation, fuel costs, and vehicle categories
- Number of participating travellers
- Modifications in government taxes, utility surcharges, or supplier tariffs
The final financial commitment applicable to your journey is the exact amount stated in your official confirmation invoice.
4. Inclusions & Exclusions
Customers are requested to thoroughly review the Inclusions and Exclusions list itemised within their travel quotation or package itinerary. Any item, service, or activity not explicitly marked as included shall be deemed excluded.
5. Itinerary Modifications
Akash Ganga Travels reserves the right to adjust or modify travel itineraries due to unforeseen operational hurdles, weather disruptions, roadblocks, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, hotel unavailability, or regulatory safety notices. Wherever feasible, we will offer comparable alternative arrangements.
6. Accommodation & Hotels
Hotel selections specified during preliminary discussions are subject to availability upon booking. If a designated property is sold out or unavailable, Akash Ganga Travels will substitute it with an equivalent or superior category accommodation, subject to mutual agreement.
7. Transportation Rules
Vehicle allocations strictly adhere to your booking agreement. Travellers are expected to cooperate with reporting times and designated pickup schedules. Extra mileage or unlisted route detours will attract supplementary charges.
8. User Information Accuracy
Travellers are solely responsible for submitting correct legal names, valid ages, contact numbers, and identification documents matching government records. Akash Ganga Travels holds no liability for booking rejections or penalties resulting from inaccurate data entry.
9. Travel Documentation
Carrying required photo identification is mandatory for all domestic tours. For international itineraries, valid passports, appropriate visas, and health clearances are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
10. Personal Valuables & Luggage
Travellers assume full responsibility for their personal belongings, luggage, travel documents, cash, and electronic equipment throughout the tour duration.
11. Third-Party Service Providers
Hotels, airlines, transport providers, local guides, and activity operators function as independent entities governed by their respective operational rules and liability terms.
12. Force Majeure
Akash Ganga Travels is exempt from liability for service failures, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemic outbreaks, or transport strikes.
13. Customer Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain civil behavior, adhere to local laws, respect accommodation property, and follow safety instructions issued by tour coordinators.
14. Dispute Reporting
Any service-related grievances should be brought to our immediate attention during the trip so our support team can intervene and resolve the matter swiftly.
15. Agreement Acceptance
Proceeding with any booking deposit or financial payment implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the traveller.
